Case study
Nordlys Phase II required continuous support through a North Sea winter, with tight weather windows and an operator target of zero non-productive time. We embedded a wellsite team within the operator’s drilling organisation, ran a dedicated parts corridor from Stavanger and held two vessels on a rolling seven-day schedule. The campaign finished four days ahead of plan.
