Our story
A specialist partner, not a general contractor.
Phoenix Petroleum Limited was founded in Lysaker in 2009 by a small group of offshore operations specialists. The premise was straightforward: operators did not need another supplier with a catalogue. They needed a partner who could carry a scope, own the interfaces and answer the phone at any hour.
Seventeen years later, that premise still governs how we work. We have grown from a single drilling support contract into a multi-discipline offshore services business, with marine logistics, fuel supply, terminal operations and maintenance capability delivered by one integrated team.
Today we support more than 40 campaigns across the North Sea, West Africa, the Mediterranean and Southeast Asia. Support ranges from short technical secondments to fully managed, multi-vessel operations. Regional offices in Istanbul and Manila keep local supplier networks close to the work.
